probably D60/70 rear and D50 front. You know the width will be about 8" wider than stock.

150 for both is a great deal, local used parts dealers around here charge you 100 for a axle, does the rear end have floating axles?if so more than likely it's 70, I think the solid front ends in the 250 is a 60 and the independent crap are the 44's I'm not for sure though.

Acording to randy the front is a 50 and the rear is a 60 70 or a ford 10.25 here's the link: Ford / Lincoln / Mercury F250 Differentials

Re: What axles in 92-96 f250 diesel

I think they have the rear mixed up. The Ford Sterling 10.25 didn't make an appearance until 99.
I don't remember what it is about the Dana 50, but I know it is not widely used in Jeep swaps.
Either way, do more research on availability of aftermarket parts such as lockers and gears before you purchase. I good deal up front can cause some major headaches down the road.

The 50 has 30 spline inners, a Dana 44 sized ring gear and a huge pumpkin. Slightly bigger u joints tho.
