    Good idea or bad idea

I just found a 3" body lift for my LJ. Is this a good idea or will it make my Jeep look really goofy? I'm thinking I should be patient and save the loot for a combo suspension/body lift for long term use. I am aware that I will have to install a motor mount lift and the transfer shifter will have to be changed in one way or another. BTW my LJ is an automatic. Has anyone here used this type of lift and could you please post the pros and cons of it. Thanks in advance!!

The most Body lift you'd want is 1". Anymore than that is considered dangerous. A 3" suspension lift will be a better choice.

oh wow. Body lift. Was thinking suspension lift >_<.

    Any Body lifts are retarded.

I saw a pickup with a 4 inch body lift it looked like. I almost puked.

Cut then inhalf, sell the other half or give them away, measure for longer bolts.
