Running Perfect then climmed a hill now idle problem real head scratcher

Well today i went and climed some hills jeep had been running fine all day until i started climming hills then all a sudden it starts backfiring and running like **** then it starts running smooth agin so i quit climming for a little bit problem goes away so i say what the hell and start climming agin once agin problem returns same semptoms what could the problem be i bleed the fuel pressusre on the fuel rail and it seemed kind of aired up then it ran good agin then i tryed it agin and this time there wasnt really any pressure behind it this time but jeep still runns ok some times and then all of a sudden it starts loosing power and then it comes back that quick im stumped please help

I'm thinking the issue is in the fuel tank. Possibly a leaking or cracked siphon tube and is sucking in air when the fuel is below the leak.
