Guys, I know I am new here but I just have to beat this dead horse anyhow. My plan for now is to lift the new Rubicon 4" and maybe some spacers to fit 33x15.5-15 TSL SX's on 15x10 MT classic II's, what is the best lift available? Is the value flex from Skyjacker worth the money? Also, still looking for ideas on a bumber/winch. My choices so far are
www.gothereengineering.com
www.rocky-road.com
and of course the ARB Bull Bar
All with a warn XD9000i
Lift consideratons are:
value flex 4"
teraflex
rockkrawler
Any other suggestions?
Thanks, I'll post pics of the Rubicon soon...
Toby

You might look at Rubicon Express or SuperLift. Get the best lift that your wallet allows :-D I'm thinking of the RE4.5" lift for my YJ this summer, I just can't afford it right now during school.

yea look at RE, and also take a look at rustys, i know dingus swears by them and i plan on getting a 4.5 inch kit from them. as far as bumpers no question get the ARB bull bar. the thing is sposed to be indestructible. you can download videos of them hitting things with that beast on there and it stands its ground. i really dont know much about winches tho so i cant help you there.[addsig]

Check out Bulletproof Manufacturing for bumpers, free replacement if you bend or break one, and they look sweet. Cheaper than ARB, too.
I too swear by Rusty's products.
You shouldn't need any spacers on top of a 4" or taller lift to fit 33" tires on a TJ.[addsig]

I like BDS lifts, although I don't hear anything about them on the board. I was turned on to them by Raven13xxx. Am told they are the best, and come with a lifetime warrenty.

The Rubicon Express lift is a good one. I have installed it on a buddys rig and he really likes the way it rides on the road and their springs articulate well. Let me know. I am a distributor for them... ( I get some discount! :-O )[addsig]

thanks for all of the good info. For $hit$ and giggles, lets just say I wanted to run 35's on my new Rubicon, what would it take, and what is the best (in quality) route to take? Anybody have experience with the Rock Ready kits from Skyjacker? they have a 6" value flex as well. Just some thoughts, I'd hate to not go big enough. :-D [addsig]

Throwing on some 15x10 mt's huh, Wanna sell those factory moab wheels and tire, or just the wheels, I am not that picky? I love the way those 16inch moabs look, and woulf like to throw them on my YJ. I already got some Rubicon stickers for my hood he.he.he. :-D [addsig]

...heard the Skyjacker 6" tends to sag...for 35's - you should be able to go with the RE 4" lift and maybe add some spacers or a 1" body lift. Wouldn't go above a 1" body, though. ...and then there's the fun stuff like SYE's, CV driveshafts, 4.56 or 4.88's, superchargers, lights, roll cage, winch, bumpers, tire carriers, roof racks, hi jacks, cb, fire extinguisher, and everything else "I've heard" that is absolutely essential...maybe [addsig]

The Rubicon shouldn't need the SYE right? It does not have slip yoke if I am correct. I may be wrong, totally new to the Jeep world, always had Mustangs...
As for winches, bumpers and the like, I think I have decided on the xd9000i, and a bumper from www.rocky-road.com Any comments or advice?
Thanks guys,

The Rubicon is Stone White with a black soft top. As for pics, I hate to say, but they will have to wait. I am packing up my apartment and moving as we speak. I have a 9 hour drive tomorrow. May be next week before I get the pics. :-(
Anybody from Indiana on here? I'm moving to Evansville and would like to meet some people...
