swapping in hydraulic clutch for a np435

I have a 84 CJ7 with a 94 tub. I am swapping in a 1974 Mopar 360 with a NP435 4 speed and bellhousing from a 87 D100 and the Dana 300 transfer case that came with the 84CJ. I am using Novak adjustable motor mounts and a Novak trans to Transfer adapter. I'm at the point where the motor mounts are now tacked in to where they need to live and the transmission crossmember/skid plate has been notched and reinforced to accept the big 'ol NP435. Here is my dilemma- On the bellhousing, the pivot point for the clutch arm is no where close to where it needs to be to use the stock clutch set up. It needs to be just forward of the fire wall if I'm going to use the stock set up but it is actually going to have to live a few inches behind it. The motor cannot move any more forward. The only option that I can see is using a hydraulic clutch set up, but I don't know squat about how to set one up. Does anyone have any advice they can offer? Thanks.

you can probably get away with sourcing a 81+ YJ pedal assembally with the clutch master. for the actual parts, you will have to go completely after market.

these are not the exact part you will need, I just did a general search, so I am not positive on compatability.
