I was just wondering,what year the wranglers started using censers on there catilitic converters. Because I was thinkin about removing one later in time. Input would be great,thnks guys. :wink: Sully[addsig]

The '95 YJ's have an o2 sensor before the cat. '97 TJ's have one before and one after, and you can't remove the cat or the 2nd sensor will trip the computer.[addsig]

my 93 had a pre-cat oxy sensor.... no big deal to worry about... if you have a post-cat oxy sensor... then you'll have trouble if you remove it.[addsig]

My 83 CJ7 has a pre-cat O2 sensor on it[addsig]
Sold my 83 CJ7, Traded the '01 Dakota R/T for a 68 Chevy C10 with a 454, turbo 400 with 4.11 posi. Exxon/Mobil loves me. Looking for another CJ.
