On my old YJ i put a TJ rear bumper on that I got for free from a buddy of mine. Now I have a olympic rear receiver bumper and I love it, It kicks azz!! Great for towing (it is a rated bumper) and great for recovery (which I unfortunatly know about) Got it for good money from quadratec, and now that I am lifting my jeep, I will be installing bigger rubber, my spare will also grow in size. Olympic makes a bolt on spare tire carrier for this bumper that holds up tp 36" tire!
No!, I do not work for Olympic
Johnny[addsig]It used to be a jeep Thing,
But all that stuff broke

Yeah you can. I put a double tube with a receiver on my 93 YJ. Contrary to Snitty's experiences I had one hell of a time getting those bumperettes off. The bolts on the outsides came off real easy, but the ones on the inside were a totaly different story. I eventually had to wrestle a deep-well socket in there and hold them with a pair of vice-grips cuz there wasn't any room for my ratchet handle. If I had a choice of doing it again or not, I probably wouldn't do it.
