Rough country lift

Probably gonna buy a rough country 2.5" lift. What are your opinions on their products. Thanks

It's decent for the money. Add brake line extensions, bump stops and front and rear adj track bars.

I Only plan on using it off road here and there and not on any really hard trails or rocks. I'm 16 and still have to take it to school and what not so I don't need anything to fancy right

Just because it says 'kit' do not expect it is all inclusive.
Without bump stops your shocks will bottom out before the springs. Not good for shocks.
Without adj track bars your tires will be shifted 0.75 in to the drivers side. Not excessive for an alignment but not visually appealing.
Without longer brake lines you may rip or cause a leak. An I don't I need to explain what happens without brakes.

okay i have a dumb question, i dont know how to post on here my own thing. i am just a girlfriend here looking to ask you guys what i should buy my boyfriend for his birthday. he has a jeep xj wagoneer. he has so much he did on it i cant even remember it all. but anyways hes adding long arms to it this week and his birthday is the 7th of october. i just need some ideas of what to grt him... i am already going to dress all sexy for some pics on his jeep lol i just wanna get him a big box of shit for his jeep and keep him happy. trying to soend 200 or less... oreferably less. the picture attached is his jeep. plz help

Yes you can get extensions for it an ya dudes righ i have never been big on rough country personal opinion go sky jacker

I put a 2.5" AEV lift on my 2012 Rubicon with 35's on it. Works and rides great.

Alright thank you for the info and opinions I appreciate it. I'll look into skyjacker and I'm mostly likely getting adjustable lower control arms and adjustable track bars. I'll let everyone know how it goes!

Does he have a recovery strap or winch? Winches are not cheap but there are many add-on helping components. How about a CB with cable and antenna?
A good radio/speakers...?
Floor mats?

Jeep stuff is not cheap. You do know Jeep stands for Just Empty Every Pocket, yes?
