It is hard to get in gear and when it does it engages when I release the pedal only a little about 1/2 to 1 inch. Did not give me much notice, worked fine now it does't. Usually when a clutch goes on me it just slips with no engagement. Is the problem in the clutch or transmission? :-? [addsig]

Have you checked your clutch master cylinder master cylinder? If it is low your looseing fluid and that would be a real step in the right direction in htis repair. Tug[addsig]

not sure if this was a double post, but check your old one igave tug's advice at an earlier date! ;-) If thats not it, well then you've got me-thats about the extent of my clutch knowledge
