and man it was great! I cruised around town for like 2 hours mainly trying to find some other jeepers to wave at hehe. Unforunantly there were no wranglers about. I waved at a few cherokees and libertys with only puzzled looks as responses so I gave up on that. Funny thing is after that I was driving along and got a wave...from a guy in a new grand cherokee. Caught me a bit off guard but I did have time to return it. Had a good time today but unforunantly the top/doors are back on because I have to work tomorrow and I don't want my jeep sitting out in the parking lot for 8 hours just begging for theft/vandalism. I wish I could keep em off all the time :-( [addsig]

I hear ya. It's even worse having a hard top, because it takes so much effort to take it off, and then you have to get it back on so you can be ready for the duties of life. Oh well, it's worth the effort. "It's a Jeep Thing" -Al[addsig]

Running topless myself and have a sun burned forhead and nose to show for it. Our family Sunday Trail ride was so much fun. Four of us started out Three finished the day. Oldest Son is really learing the tricks of off road and his little 83 Ranger PU is preforming very well in the 31's we installed. Brother in law came along in his Toyota Pick Up and did really well tough little truck. Friend from church laid out of work to go along in his 2002 Ranger and after we finished our 1st leg of the trip he said it was to rough and did not want to bang up his truck. Jeep did well to have three guys in it could not leave the poor soul and his brother in law to be left behind so gave them a ride to see what the real trails were like. So with the top off and newbies in the Jeep I had to get a little more muddy than usual. hehehehehe Stoped in a good gooey deep hole turned the wheel to the left and ask so guys how deep is this hole anyway? Lmao I waited about a second and when they both leaned to the left and said pretty deep I nailed it. The four wheel drive did its job and clumps of mud rained down from their faces. Hheheheheheh what fun. Tug[addsig]
