IS THERE A REPLACEMENT MANIFOLD for my 2.4L on my 2003 jeep wrangler I have gone through 3 and im looking for my 4th but I need a ssor a heavy duty one.:???:

Why does my exhausted manifold keep cracking on my 2.4L ?

Post a picture of the manifold and a close up of the crack. Might be a repair will hold now that the manifold is the shape it wants to be. Guessing a mechanical repair will hold. Need to see a picture. What is the thickness at the crack? Too thin wont work.

Now that you have several to experiment with...........

Why does my exhausted manifold keep cracking on my 2.4L ?

There are a few reasons.
1.) poor design and quality welds. Many fail at a weld.
2.) heat gradient. Based on design and other installed components, some points get excessively hot with little to no path for heat to escape. Some install longer bolts at the exhaust to act as a point to radiate some heat.
3.) like above excessive heat. Running lean, blocked cat, exhaust leak.
4.) too tight an exhaust system. The engine and trans move a little when revving the engine. If the exhaust doesn't move with them the points taking the stress will fail.
5.) other broken components. Like the above, excessive engine movement from worn or broken engine mounts stress the components.
