Firestone Destination M/T

I am looking at $90 bucks a pop. But I know how much trouble Firestone has had in the recent past. However I would rather not by the French made BFGs. :-O Anyone have or had Firestone M/Ts??? [addsig]

Good Price Good Looks and I would not worry about the problems Firestone had. I think it was a matter of who has the most money and lawyers there. Was it Ford or Firestone. Personaly I think it was that Firestone let Ford get to involved in the design and construction of the " Bad Tires " But to answer your question No I have not experence with this tire, but I have ran many other Firestone products over the years and never had a problem. I wouldn't worry about the Firestones. Just be sure they are properly inflated on the highway, just like any other tire.[addsig]

I haven't tried those tires, but if youre concerned with firestones quality. check out the Kumho Venture M/Ts. Theyre $83 a piece from Tirerack.com in size 31X10.5X15 and on my friends 01 TJ, they work great in the mud and on rocks. Plus the snow traction is beyond words. When I put my lift on those are the tires Im going with.
