what do you think would look better on a white TJ...black wheels or shiny chrome(?) wheels (ex: MT classicII). and do they make alluminum wheels in black or just steel wheels? thanks[addsig]

I think either way would look cool, but the question is how much do you want to spend. The black wheels are much more affordable than the chrome/polished wheels. American Racing AR-767's are 39.95 a wheel for a 15X8. The MT are around 89.95......[addsig]

I'm all about the tough black look... I think it makes any Jeep look more like a Jeep... plus they are inexpensive, so if you damage something, its that much easier to replace[addsig]

both of those are really good points. im just trying to figure out how wheels like the classicII's would look on a white jeep. im leaning towards the black wheels right now. if anyone has pictures of either the black wheels or the aluminum ones mounted on a white jeep, please post them for comparison. thanks.[addsig]

I run the American Raceing Outlaws in Polished Aluminum. They have no openings so I never have to worry about break dust durring clean up and think they look pretty good too. Black wheels are a good look and the price is right. Both ways are good Tug[addsig]

Chrome on White, is almost monochromatic.
Chrome fades into the white paint.

Black on White will contrast and "POP" out.
and Black on Black is my Beast. 8-)

(I don't think I have ever seen the stainless
hood stuff in a catalog demonstrated on a
white rig. They usually shoot a black rig
with the extra chrome.. Hmmmmm?)

What color is your top/ interior?

Easy way to shop for what you like.
Check out your favorite parts cat,
Search the net for Jeep "Reader Rides".
or if you want some jeep dealer sites
with many pics. ask ....
