How to tell what size lift you have

I need to figure out what size lift I have so I can get the right size shocks.Its sitting on 33s

Stock height from the ground to your rocker panel is 18 in. So measure from ground to the rocker panel and subtract 18 in.
Stock tire is 29 in and your running 33's? So subtract 2 in from the above result.
You may have a spring over but will not matter for the shock length but will if you replace the springs.

I don't have a spring over but my shackles measure 6" from center of the bolt holes does that make a difference. And thanks for any input

Your shackles are 2" longer than stock, but keep in mind any change in lift height will only be half the change in shackle length. So your shackles are proving 1" of lift over stock shackles.
You should consider going back to stock length shackles when you get the chance. Longer shackles decrease your approach and departure angles and alter steering alignment.
