the rear axle gets noisy or can even vibrate when it is really hot.
Maybe I should change the oil grade and quality, what do you think ?
everything is perfect when cold

It sounds to me like it is more than just the gear oil causeing that much heat. You have some serious friction going on in there from something. If I was going to change the gear oil I would go with a synthetic such as red line. Just my two cents tug[addsig]

well I changed the oil for a 100 % synthetic Mobil 1 (75/90)+ a Bardahl additive.
Sounds much better now but has to be reconfirmed...
