i was walkin out to the jeep today and i saw this hose with a nozzle type end hanging from under the radiator today...i have no idea to where it connects to so i thought i'd try and trace its source....but it runs right up next to the radiator and has a white cap on it....anyone know where the other end plugs into?

uh...hose?

its probably the over flow tube. its for when your fluid boils up and needs some place to spill out.

I would bet that it is the breather hose from your front differential. The cap is designed to keep water from entering yet it lets air out kinda like a check valve. Trace it back and I bet it will end up in you diff. tug

Front diff breather, somewhere on the front differential. Look at the axle from the driveshaft side, and feel around the top of the diff and axle tubes closest to the diff and you'll find a hole for it.
