Speedometer change... 2

I followed the link provided in the last post about this "pinion speedo gear" change. The link was very afformative, even gave me a part number which I used and got the part. But it ends up that the part number provided was for a 93 xj or zj. I bought the piece before I knew that and tried to install it today. The metal shaft coming off the gear was way to short and didn't reach the speedo cable. The dealer said there is no such part for a 91 YJ with my ratio and tire size.

My question now is, Where would I get this part? I'm going to call some local truck performance stores tomorrow but I was wondering if you guys could give me suggestions. thanks

thats the same part number I gave them... they gave me the part and it was too short. I called them back and asked what they gave me, it was for an xj or zj. I don't know why these web sites are telling me this part no. is for any kind of wrangler.
