Is it possible to replace the factory driving lights on the front bumper with a brighter off road light and use the same wiring, switch etc? Has anyone here done this?

Should not be a problem. Just switch the wire over. unless they use cheezy wireing for the factory lights. Check the gage and if it checks out just adapt them in.

Yea, if the wiring is heavy enough to hold up you should be ok.
I have read of people putting 100w bulbs in the factory housing. They say it makes a huge difference. But since i have absolutely no personal experience with that, id try to read up on it before i tried it if i was you.

If you don't feel safe about it, just wire in a seperate relay for added protecting.
