My CJ5, (258 6cyl) has been sitting in pieces for over a year and has not been moved or started in as long. Out of nowhere the power steering pump started leaking, got worse, and eventually dumped all fluid. I just thought it was wierd since it has been doing nothing but sitting. Does this soud like something a gasket change would solve, or will i be replacing the pump? thanks the input.

That sounds like the least of your worries if it's been sitting for that long. Just replace the pump. They are reasonable enough.
