anyone know any 4wl trails in TX? I'd like to get off road somewhere, the state parks website only has info on the one out in big bend, I'm looking for a closer one.

Austin, Texas.

Old Spicewood Springs Road, turn off 360 onto Old Spicewood, go down about 4 miles two trails up on your right, both have steep incline entrances.

Near the intersection of parmer and 620, go down Parmer away from 620, look to your right for a hole between the concrete guard on the side of the road, it goes down to a power transformer area and some sweet offroad trails, this is all located behind some soccer fields.

Gilmer, Texas...very knarly trails. You know it is bad when there is a repair shop on site
