2.5l Engin Stalls
The cable that runs from the driver side lever to the peg that keeps the gas cover closed is broken. DO I need to replace the whole cable? Where would I go to get this done? I'm getting ready to sell it.

Thinking of Buying another 4x4
i'm not sure what type of jeep you have, but on my grand cherokee there is a release for that in the back (inside the jeep, drivers side ~ same side as the gas cap, about where the spare tire sits, hidden behind a panel). i don't know if this helps at all, but i figured i would mention it

That's the cable that I think needs to be replaced. When you pull the release on the drivers side, the peg that is supposed to open the gas cap is broken. I have a strong velcro holding it closed right now. It's a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Any suggestions would be great!
