I like the checkbox idea for when you sign up for the site.

I don't think that would be too much at all. Lots of sites and other places have things like that.

Great set of rules - like the idea of check box for newbees signing up for 1st time - soooo are we grandfathered in without agreeing to terms? If so, at least we should get Mingez to check that box! hahahaha LBR
