One headlight when on bright lights very dim. I purchased a new one and the same thing happens. Its getting a good ground too. I once saw this topic on a website but know I'm unable to find it. I hope someone can help

It's pretty much a given that there is a wiring problem. I can't remember exactly how the lights are wired, but I would try first hooking a wire from the battery ground to the bad light, and verify once again that your ground is not bad. Then I would try just splicing into the other light's high beam wire, and see if that fixes it.

YEP, wiring issue. The head light plug has 3 contacts in it. GND, Low and HI beam. Try cleaning all 3 contacts with something that'll get inside the plug. (tiny jewlers screwdriver ect...)
