I have a 1990 Wrangler with 153,000 miles on it.I have noticed an oil leak not severe on the pan where the plug is and on the side (the plug is tight). and around ther front where the pully is. One of my friends said it might be a rear main seal i am not sure. Is ther a way to tell if it that and not the pump. Also how complicated is it to change it. Also this thing is a mess of vaccum hoses and other emissions stuff is there anything i can eliminate to help it run better/smoother.i have just placed a new carb on it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.I plan on keeping it for a long time.also i am trying to find an electrical diagram and have had no luck .

Thanks[addsig]

Get a repair manual for the electrical diagram's at a parts store or get the factory service manual.

If you are not sure where it is leaking clean the motor with engine cleaner and get all the oil off.[addsig]
