The diamond plate tailgate cover for Jeep CJ's can enhance the appearance of any vehicle. Made of #3003 aluminum treadbrite, these corners not only look good, but are long lasting and very durable. Unlike chrome, they will never peel, flake or rust. Warrior takes pride in the quality of their products. Diamond plated materials do, however, present a special challenge in production because they are very difficult to form and cut. This is because of the thickness variations caused by the diamond plate pattern, and aluminum's lack of memory. While this can cause minor inconsistencies in fit, for most applications this will not be a problem All of our diamond plate accessories are highly polished to a bright luster finish for that "chrome like" look.
