If we did, shipping that heavy booger would outweigh any savings on new.
For infrequent use you can pick up a cheap import farm jack at farm stores and truckload sales for around $30. You don't get a removeable handle but it works the same.

I got mine at a Harbor Freight Tools store. It's an import and was around $30 on sale. Bought one for me and one for my friend... both jacks were used to lift my YJ tub off the frame. Overall, a good buy in my book for as much as I've used it.
