Fender flares and paint

I want to paint my fender flares gloss black. Does anyone know what type of paint i should use and how to get the flares off? thanks a lot- Mike

what year/model do you have? i've seen flat black spray paint... and flat clear coat (that doesn't get glossy)... i'd do a few layers of primer, then the paint, then the clear...[addsig]

auto parts store like auto zone does have a primer spray paint for rubber, use that. read the instructions and get a good quality paint for the final coat. [img]modules/phpBB_14/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] [addsig]
