Stereo 1994 jeep grand cherokee laredo

Hi everyone.
1994 jeep grand cherokee laredo

I bought a new pioneer stereo for my jeep.

I would like to know if you guys can give me some pointer on installing the new stereo.

Currently in the jeep is the stock infinity stereo.

Do I hook to the stock amp under the seat?
Should I buy a new amp.

I will also be buying new speakers I think.
There is some bad crackling coming from the stock speakers.
