can somebody send me a step by step process on installiing this soundbar??

It looks like a straight forward install. peel the leather and set the soundbar on top of the Rollbar. mark the rollbar where the holes are on the soundbar, remove the soundbar and drill the holes with the correct size for the screws. re-install the soundbar and install the screws..wire the speakers to the Stereo..

will the wires be visible at all??

You can run the wires under the rollbar covers or if you dont have covers, you can drill a hole on the Rollbar where the soundbar is going to hide it, and another hole on the lower end of the rollbar where you can fish out the wires going to the stereo.. the other option is to cover the speaker wires with a convolute tubing and tie strap it to the roll bar..3rd option is to buy the roll bar pads/cover and that will hide the wires and makes your roll bar looks cleaner..
