HELP: 99 TJ Fog Light Wiring

During my installation of the wiring kit for a hardtop (rear wiper and defrost), I discovered that there's an existing wiring harness for fog lights in the dash, including the right plug that fits into a factory fog light switch (that I just bought from Quadratec). The wires appear to be hot (with headlights on, I can toggle the fog light switch and it lights up in the "on" position). I've bought aftermarket fog lights and they are installed on the bumper.

Problem: I can't locate the fog light end of the wiring harness. Jeep is a 99 TJ. Is the wiring harness tucked somewhere under the hood? Do the wires just go to the power distribution center under the hood and I have to run my own harness from there to the lights???

Welcome to Jeepz. Check the wiring harness on both sides of the front fender marker lamps. The factory fog lamp connectors are routed on that harness.
