4.0 to 4.5

hey im thinking about stroking my 4.0 to a 4.5 stroker anyone here done this how hard is it? is the power increase worth it? and what parts are involed? i have heard you just use a 4.2 crank connect rods and pistons? is true if so how much should it cost roughly because i can buy a brand new 4.0 for 3800?

I've heard really good things about stroker kits. The kit itself runs for less than a grand I think.
