Hypertech Max Energy Power Programmer for 97-04 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited, 96-04 Grand Cherokee ZJ, WJ and 96-01 Cherokee XJ - Quadratec
(these are one of those computers you plug in your diagnostic port to control your vehicle computer)

I'm trying to break 20mpg city on my 98 TJ with good driving habits and performance parts. And i found this link.

What is your opinion on the link above? are these any good ? Is there anything Better? Advise and Tips are appreciated =]
