The How-to FAQ

If you'd like to submit a technical article:
Feel free! They will not show up immediately, as all posts to this section are moderated by me (Terry). I will get an email, and may take a day or two to respond. I am trying to fix the formatting on the existing articles, to make them easily readable. A few items to note:

Please don't be offended if I edit your article. Although this is unlikely as my spelling / grammar is awful.

I will probably take any images submitted and host them on the jeepz.com server. This is simply so we avoid any broken links

The article will be posted under your name, but if you'd like a link to your website, please feel free to post it at the bottom of your article (and please include it in our links section

If you'd like to edit / correct / or add to an article:
Just post in this forum, even if you aren't the author, we can still discuss them. However, if you are going to complain, you may be asked to do something about it (i.e. rewrite the article)

Re: The How-to FAQ

Hey Terry,
Your oil and filter change for a 2003 Wrangler were right on the money. With a rebate it cost me 10 bucks for a K&N oil filter and 5 qts of Castrol Synthetic 5W30. Can you give the same type of instructions for a transmission fluid and filter change.
