I am with Steelheadz on the in frame i had hooker fender headers with a 3 inch lift and 33" tires on my 74 and was always tire grabbing when turning left not a good sound or good for equipment and wheel I am sure there is a good set up for them but i actual just went back with the stock exhaust...

1974 with a 304 four barrel. 33" tires 4:56 gears about 8 to 10 miles to the gallon 10 if it is mostly down hill... lol

I have a 304 that starts idles great and has good oil pressure. About 15 miles down the road it loses oil pressure and power?

How can I bypass my ignition switch till my new one comes in? I bought this jeep a few months ago and slowly finding the little problems. Thanks

I have a 98 Cherokee having issues starting at times it will start runs great shut it off then it just turns over no spark. Get irritated walk away from it for awhile and turn it over then it starts? Have you been able to correct the issue you were having? you say the heat sink was heating up and stated that you used 14 awg possible easy fix would be going to 10 awg just a thought.

Hey Rick, I checked these items last night would like to bounce this off you i pulled the number one plug brought the motor to top dead center on compression stroke by doing this shouldnt the timimng mark on the balancer be relativily close to the gauge on the timing chain cover? Thanks...
