well I found out that my 2000 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 strait 6 has a code for a governor pressure sensor offset volts too high/low would this cause problems with bogging out and losing power if anyone else has had this code can you please tell me how you fixed it.

I have a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo with the 4.0 and it likes to lose acceleration after a few hours of driving and now im seeing what looks like oil spitting from the exhaust has anyone else had this problem?
