    4 wheel indicator will not shut off

    check the linkage from the lever inside the Jeep to the transfer case, it sitas in a rubber bushing and on my XJ it had come out and was jamming. thats when I discovered the rear main seal was leaking:cry: the start of a lot of repairs

    yup it has a PCV. my 96 XJ did so tyhe 97 engine will definitly give autozone the engine number.

    would one from an XJ fit??? I would use braided flexible hoses too as they will route wherever you want, and any good hydraulkics shop should be able to fit the right ends on them

    some 4 litre owners over here have reported better oomph when accelerating but that may be the placebo effect. the only true way to test is get it on a dyno. or write to myth busters:D
