Anyone know what is the correct batter group size for an 84 CJ7 with a 258?

84 CJ7 inline 6 258. If I replace the original carb with a carb WITHOUT an electronic feedback, do I need to do the Nutter bypass? Also, will I need the idle solenoid any longer?

It's over 25 years old, I don't have to do any emissions check. Would a new carb need me to hook up throttle solenoid that is currently on the Carter carb?

Saw them on Amazon. Some are new, some are rebuilt.

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about either? Need to replace mine on 84 CJ7. I know there are better ones, but I'm on a tight budget since I just bought a house.
