The weather was in the hundreds for a week. Now my transmission shifts a little late,sometimes won't drop into the over-drive gear,and the fluid smells burnt.Obviously I need to change the fluid,but do I also need to adjust the bands,and is this a recomended practice for a do it your selfer...

Saw a nice recipy in four wheeler mag a couple mos. ago,for an I-6.If you can't find it I may have it somewhere.I've also heard that if you install a 4.2 cam in your 4.0 you have a "budget stroker",but I haven't found out for sure if that's true.

Gimme a couple weeks and I might take the spacer as long as it comes with the gaskets and hardware.I might take my t.b. to work and bore it.

What price range we talkin' ?Not much $ right now.Still lookin' for bumper plans or blue prints too,any ideas anybody?

Yeah,I got plans on mods.I think my plans consistently override my wallet, but I think my next mod will be cold air intake,maybe combined with a throttle body spacer.Eventually I'll go with a bigger lift and some big mudders.I'm running Cooper A/T's(30"s) right now.If I can ever find some...
