Greetings & Salutations

Good day from the Great White North (eh):
hope this note finds all well
I'm fairly new to jeepin, have been driving XJ's for a couple of years now
I own 2, a 94 sport and a 88 laredo, I did have a 88 limited but it was crashed out from under me about a year ago ( some joker forgot his honda did have a brake pedal !!!)
most of my seat time is on road ( having to work is a ___________ !!)
but I have had the 88 "door handle deep" in mud boggs and the 94 has kept me goin' in all the worst that a Canadian winter can give out so far
for those of you in the more southern climes picture snow drifts past the top of your antenna !! I am utterly amazed at what these litte trucks can handle
both of mine are stock more or less the 88 has had the sheet metal massaged
with the BIG hammer to make room for 32's I nicked off my lil' bros bronco
the 94 has things like K&N, MSD, Bosh, a stainless pipe system, new springs
from Harry's in London, Edelbrock shocks, skyjacker pucks and stablizer
most of the mods help the milage as long as you keep the Gfoot off the floor
keep'n the rubber side down
The Great Munchkin

Welcome Munch!

I have a stock '87 MJ...but I am in the market for a XJ with 4 or 6 cyl. and std 5 spd. ...Not getting rid of the Comanche, but really like the XJ's.

Re: Greetings & Salutations

I remember when a firend cam to Denver last Winter. I loaned him the Jeep. His wife (and he) complained about it. The we got a gully whomper on a snow storm! All they could do after that is praise the ability of the Mighty YJ to get around in the snow (even if you do need a step ladder to get in).
