new guy
i am a new guy here adn i just aquirred a 1982 cj7 , with a 4 spd and a gm 4cyl. it used to be a national park service vehicle it green with a white hardtop. it has 120350 miles on it and has been sitting for 2 years while the former owner was in the hindu kush.
sooo i ammgoing to have to relearn a bunch of things and do some rust work and such. htere is no brake fluid in the system so i suspect there might be some wrong with the breaks.
he y im retired , did 40 years policing so we will see what we will see.
anyone in the maryland area i live in glen burnie and can use all the help and advice i can get

Welcome aboard! Just ask, we have a ton of CJ guys who know a lot of tricks to help you restore your FS jeep.
