    my intro, idea, and deal

Personally, I'd leave the body alone for the most part, I'd sawzall the crap out of the fenders and get rid of the flares, and you should be able to fit 31's without a problem, possibly even 32's or 33's, I'd stick with a narrow tire, and get a good offset so they dont rub too bad when you're at...

need help getting my xj in 4-Low

I've got a 94 xj, 4.0/auto, not sure of the t-case model #, but it goes into 4 High just fine, but I can't seem to get it into 4-Low, is there a certain gear or something you have to do to get it to slip into gear? or do I just have to pull harder on the lever?,lol. Thanks guys/gals.

Waste of a Jeep, but fun to watch.

That's EXACTLY what I was thinking 54cj3b!, it would have been priceless watching those two d-bags total their pride and joy while tearing up those xj's. Pretty sickening, now if it was ford exploders/s10 blazers, then I wouldn't care in the least, lol.

    Flow Master

I LOVE Flowmaster 40's on V8s, and thought one would sound good on my XJ 4.0, I think it sounds like total s#@t, it sounds like one of those rice burners with a coffee can muffler. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't go with a 40, probably not any flowmaster, but if you used one of the...

test drove 93 Chkee ltd sport - input before possible purchase?

My mechanic told me that ABS problems can get REALLY expensive, I'm not much of a mechanic, but he told me that ABS problems can easily run over a thousand bucks. Just something to think about, good luck to ya if you get it bud.

brake lights not working on my '94 Cherokee

Yeah, I went through and pulled ALL the fuses from the fuse block, and they all appeared to be good. I've never had electrical problems before, and now I see why they suck, how likely is it that they gave me a bad switch?

    '94 Cherokee shifting problem

yes, I'm checking it after it's warmed up, in neutral, and on level ground. I didn't think that a flush would do ANY harm, do you think that $200 is too much to have them do the flush/filter/fluid? I can change the fluid/filter myself, but can't flush it, and know that a flush is the only way...

    '94 Cherokee shifting problem

So, I just got back from Meineke, I was going to have them flush the transmission, install fresh fluid and a new filter, and the guy told me the fluid was low, and that the jeep might not even move if they flushed it. I checked the fluid before and after I went there and it is at the correct...

    '94 Cherokee shifting problem

Hi, I just bought a '94 Cherokee 4.0 I6, 4x4, auto, with 146K miles on it. Everything seems to work well, except for one problem, when the Jeep's been sitting over night or for a few hours and has completely cooled down, when I get in to drive somewhere it stays in 1st gear until 3,500-4,000...
