Doesnt sound unreasonable to me. I dont get much better from my 03 with 3.73's and 31's. And thats with the newer fuel injected engine.

I've got the Courser MT's. Pretty good tires. And its a good thing he came down on price because 159 would've been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much. I got 31x10.50 MT's for 117 mounted balanced and lifetime rotation.

My concern would be with the backspacing of your rims, but I've also never had factory rims on either of my Jeeps.

I don't know about the headers. I know you said that you'd probably go flowmaster on the muffler, but just something else to think about, Ive got a friend with a magnaflow muffler on his TJ that sounds good.
