Just let the computer learn the settings. Idle should go back to normal after the engine is warmed up. If not, check your vacuum lines.

PCM (powertrain control module, IIRC) is the computer itself (also called ECU or Electronic Control Module). It is located in the engine bay below the brake booster (at least in the YJs), and it is a black box (literally).

YJ's have a filter behind a skid plate by the driver's side rear tire. I think the TJ's have a filter in the tank. Could also be a clogged catalitic converter.

I run KC daylighters for long range night driving (long range beam pattern), and KC Slimlights (Fog Light Pattern - I swapped the bulbs for 55W ones, so I can use them all the time and not blind oncoming traffic). I am happy with that setup, as it was not that expensive, and have held up well...

In my case, i mounted the winch to the bumper, and then had to carry the mumper AND winch to put it in place... THAT was hard! not difficult, but hard to do by myself!

I dont know about you, but for me I rather keep the plastic ones. I run the Warn ones, and they have held out pretty well to abuse (I have torn them off twice already, and they go back on without issues).
