It's cheap dude. I started doing mine last Sunday. Only had enough daylight to do two, but will finish the other three (including spare) this weekend. $7 a can at Home Depot. I'm looking at about 3 cans total to do all 5 wheels. I also recommend you check out dipyourcar.com. Great tips and videos.

Thanks for the tip on the Plasti-dip guys! Started doing my wheels this weekend. Working good so far. Thinking about a couple of other parts I could do too. Sorry, my flares are fine, so I won't be trying that, but I'm impressed so far.

About an hour and a half per wheel. Dries pretty quick. Took about 1 spray can to do two wheels. 3-4 coats per wheel. Factory rims have a lot of salt corrosion from previous owner (northern Illinois). Trying to do something to cover that up and protect what's left. Looks pretty good from 3-4...

I was down through Ohio a couple months back and decided to stop at the Jeep Plant in Toledo on my way back to Michigan. Took a few pics. Pretty cool place. It was a Sunday, so it was pretty quiet. Unfortunately, I was driving my Charger that weekend. Still pretty cool though.

Nice Terry. How old is he? My 3 year old has a Hummer power wheels (got it for about $25 at a garage sale - which we got before getting the TJ). It doesn't matter because he says that my Jeep is his anyway. When he does I ask him for gas money - which I figure is only fair.

86 and sunny in Michigan today. Have had the top and doors off for a few weeks now. Days like today were made for Jeeps.
