No problems with the bolts yet. I did use nylon lock nuts on 99% of the trailer.

Here's a couple pictures after a few more updates. Going to extend the tongue and work on a hard top.

Took the hard top off, hooked up the trailer and went for a ride.

What kind of rims are on there? Looks really nice! ION ALLOY, what model. I like the rings.

My 2000 TJ was popping out of 4 low. I put on the Teraflex transfer case linkage and solved the problem. Automatic also. Gratuitous Jeep pic..

Would fit on a standard trailer tongue with a few holes drilled. I didn't think I needed the wheel. At least not yet.

The trailer is just about done for now. Extended and raised the hitch with 18" square stock, receiver stock. I'm able to switch between the ball coupler or 3-axis hitch for the trails. A neighbor donated a bed frame for the cooler rack. Cheap steel! Using a Makita chop saw and a 14" cut off...
