ok.... a little explaning so there are no mistakes as to problem or bogus replies...... changing out my 360 in an 82 cj. bought a motor(from 78 wagoneer) to replace motor( year unknown).... motor swap went fine! i am using the water pump, crank pulley, water pump pulley, fuel pump, basicaly...

depends on the price of unit.... used radiators make me nervous! and i'd have to see pics.... i want an all aluminum racing style radiator 4 core.

had the same problem, ran trouble codes and it was the tps.... i was running the 2.5 and had a spare 4.0 tps... put it in and problem solved all of this with a bad 02 sensor( only because i had ripped the wires out clearing a tree stump coming out of a pond!) none the less tps was intermitent...

i bought a replacement 360 for mine( after blowing the head gasket in my old one) for 100 bucks! they r plentiful and cheap to buy, all of them r expensive to buy parts for! my 360 is a torque god however i love it.... the gas milage is crappy. once u get it on the trail u forget about that and...

almost completed my newly built 360 install on my 82 cj. looking for a radiartor, posted here before and was recomended by u guys to go aluminum.... any suggestions on where to find or whuich one? thanks chad

yeah i've already repaired frame from motor mount forward on steering box side, re braced it.... transmission seems ok... i radiator is shot! have two motors and just wondering about what will fail next if i build it up

buddy has a 93 grand cherokee laredo w a 4.0...... factory keyless is preventing start....intermitent problem... any experiences with this?

yeah i'm building the steering box brace now.... added two additional cross braces for frame...... rewelded the seams on the frame itsself, i'm lucky to have a 3/8 homade c channel for a winch mount which kept it from really twisting much....

cj w amc 360 and temp not working? neither is fuel.... fuel i doubt is due to motor swap however temp could be any suggestions? wondering if temp sensor is diff? anyone know

guess mine was worse than most..... but i work in a fab shop, so i chose the free method and and added two extra braces ( homemade to correct this issue.

bought my cj only to find cracked frame around steering section.... have fixed the problem.... wondering how u guys fixed this problem.... can uploasd pics of mine, wondering about yours.:?|
