I'm installing a long arm kit and have run into some trouble trying to get the skid plate and cat to fit. I've laid under the Jeep for most of the day and I think the best/easiest option is to just cut the pipe before the cat and move it forward a few inches. My concern is this: Will the cat being closer to the exhaust manifold cause enough additional temperature to throw a CEL? I already have a Borla header installed and there is one O2 sensor below each pre-cat and one just above it. We're only talking 6"-8" so I don't think it's going to make any difference. Has anyone here run into this problem?
