Need help

Hi All, as you can see, the black rim is broken. How do I go about to replace it? Right now the ignition can come loose sometime. Are there any videos that shows how to replace this part? If you could can you provide a link to where I can buy this part? Thank you very much.

Forgot to mention, the car is 2004 Jeep Liberty

If the ignition tumbler comes out with the key in, there's other problems in the tumbler and housing as well. The tumbler should only come out when the key is in the run position and the release latch is depressed on the housing. It shouldn't come out by simply turning the key to the run position. The black trim around the ignition tumbler is also known as the Halo trim. A dealer should be able to locate that in their parts catalog.

it says without halo light, what is halo light?

Possibly the ring contains a light on some models. Yours didn't have one from your pic.
