New Member, looking to upgrade

Hi all,


I have had my 2000 Wrangler Sport for about 5 years now. I recently took it onto my local Berwick Mopar service center and they said I will be needing a new gearbox in the near future So I think it might be time for an upgrade. I'm looking for any suggestions on what I should upgrade to, I love the Wranglers but I don't know what would be best on fuel for daily commuting to and from the city and some light off-roading/beach fishing. I have a budget of about $35,000 one I trade in.

Thanks guys! I was looking to upgrade the entire jeep but thankfully the guys at Berwick service center managed to source me a near new gearbox and Install for allot less than I first expected.
So I have decided to keep her and get my moneys worth
I also think it might be time for some visual and performance upgrades, what websites do you guys usually order parts from? After pretty good bang for buck :roll:
