So this is a weird one...

My 2003 Liberty Sport's headlights wont turn off. No key in the ignition, lights switched to off but they stay on until the battery dies unless I pull the fuse. Also, when ignition is in the off position, I can hear whirring and clicking under the dash. Does anyone have any idea what this is?:???:

I would say the relay needs replacing. Is usually what the clicking indicates. Could be the switch itself, but I don't think it is. I would start with replacing/testing the relay before thinking about pulling the switch apart
